At 77 Threads, every order is prepared with care and purpose. We appreciate your support and are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
- During new product launches, limited drops, holidays, or promotional events, processing may take 5-10 business days due to increased order volume.
- Orders are processed Monday-Saturday, excluding major holidays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping mothod.

Order Tracking

Limited Edition Drops
Many 77 Threads collections are released as limited-edition drops.
Because of High demand during launch periods:
*Processing times may be slightly longer.
- Certain products may sell out quickly.
- Once a limited collection is sold out, it may not be restocked.
Incorrect Shipping Information
77 Threads is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipping.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
